Take the Challenge is working in partnership with Agape Reaching People Ministries (ARPM) to train pastors and equip the church to reach the Philippines for Christ. For several years, Scott has taught at Agape School of World Evangelism (ASWE) in Pangasinan as well as at churches in Baguio and Benguet. In addition to mentoring leaders and ministering in church services, Scott has held training seminars in Disciple-Making, Marriage, Parenting, and Singleness.      In February 2019, Scott held a marriage seminar for the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers (AFCM) Philippines network of pastors, and this group has invited him back to hold regional meetings for their pastors in the future. Between trips, Scott is mentoring Filipino leaders from multiple churches through weekly online meetings, modeling how they can raise disciple-makers in their own churches.
