Dear All,

Thursday’s Bottom Line:

Day #1 of the Disciple-Makers seminar in Kiboko was wonderful! 71 people attended, and by spreading it over two days, Scott was able to go slowly enough that they really “got” it. Scott’s health is great, which is a huge blessing.

Thursday’s Prayer Requests:

1. Two new DM groups to be formed in the Kiboko area from the attendees on Day #2 (Friday).
2. All the married people at this 2-day DM seminar to bring their spouses for the Better Together seminar on Saturday.
3. God’s to clearly lead Scott in dealing with administrative issues as the ministry expands.Thursday’s Details:

Scott was pretty excited about how the first day of the Kiboko DM seminar went. He said, “We had a great meeting today. We had 71 people. One came from Nairobi (3.5 hours away) and set up a camera to video record the whole thing for his private use. We are meeting in another church with no power. We ran everything from a generator.”

These folks were SO attentive!“The people were so fired up for discipleship. I went slow and they definitely caught everything. It was great to be back in my RDM lane.”
My Hero in his lane and running! “They already have 6 DM groups in the greater area and are embracing the idea of taking the DM movement to other communities within and outside their county.” When people catch a God-created vision, embrace it, and run with it to impact others, great things happen!

Your PRAYERS are helping facilitate this growth, both within these individuals and branching out to other areas. Thank you for praying for God’s word and his power to prevail during – and long after – these three days of ministry in Kiboko!

Blessings,
Patty
